On Memorial Day, our nation comes together to honor those servicemen and women who've made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. It's a chance to celebrate all those who serve, both past and present, protecting our nation's interests both at home and abroad. It's also an opportunity for us to do our part to give back to active duty military members, veterans and their families.

Martin Luther King Jr. was one of the greatest leaders in his day. Not only did he demonstrate courage but he represented a cause worth fighting for. African Americans were not treated like Americans. In my opinion, that is NOT cool.
